Laundromat
What are your hours?
Doors open daily at 10AM and close at 6PM.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended from open to close, daily.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Both. We have a laundry card kiosk where you can purchase a laundry card with cash, debit, or credit to operate our machines. You can also drop coins to operate them, too.
Do you have large machines?
We certainly do! We have a large-capacity washer that can take up to 6 loads of laundry.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we are in a small strip mall with parking directly in front. There are plenty of parking spaces immediately facing the building and also along State Road.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
10AM to 6PM daily. Our attendants can help with new and completed orders from open to close.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use a high-quality detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets that ensure top-notch cleanliness and vibrancy.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes there is at $45.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No, we keep all orders separate to safeguard your items.
When will I get my clothes back?
Your clothes will be ready for pick up in 24 hours for next-day orders and by closing time at 6PM if dropped by noon for same-day orders.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We pick up and deliver laundry Monday through Friday only at this time. We do not operate any delivery routes on Saturday and Sunday.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clothes will be returned on the next delivery day. Please note, however, for any items that are picked up on Friday, those will be delivered on Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $20 minimum for pickup and delivery service.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
No, it is included in the price of your laundry. We charge $1.50 a pound with a $20 minimum order.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No. Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes, of course. Please input notes as you place your order and we will do our best to oblige.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No there is not.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
You will be billed using the credit/debit card you put on file with us.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag. If you do not have a laundry bag, a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag works just fine.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes, of course. Just log in and follow the prompts.
